All Sales are Final for:
Any digital item such as PDFs and MP3 downloads. If there is an issue with the download, please email us.
CDs and DVDs. If any item is damaged or defective, please email us for a replacement.
All Apparel such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, socks, and beanies. (These are printed when ordered and not kept in stock which is why returns aren't allowed.) We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizes. Please use the size chart and carefully choose your size.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Jewelry: If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact us and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
